HSHS Medical Group Pediatrics - O'Fallon

The HSHS Medical Group facility in O'Fallon is very clean and organized. My appointment was scheduled online and I received several reminders with instructions to arrive 15 minutes early. There were a few people in the waiting room when I arrived and I was greeted by reception as soon as I opened the door. The up front staff was very friendly and set me up quickly without having to complete any lengthy paperwork. They asked a few questions and took my picture to add to my profile and assist with ease of future check-ins. I waited approximately 5 minutes before Amy's assistant came to the front to get me and take me back to a room. She went over a handout they provide new patients showing how their "My Chart" system worked and some guidelines for office visits, asked me a few additional questions, took my weight and vitals and went to go let Amy know I was ready for her. I waited there for an additional 5 minutes and Amy came in. She looked over my information and asked a few additional questions then examined me. She listened to my concerns and was very attentive to helping resolve them. She ordered a full bloodwork panel to establish my general health and took me over to their in house lab where I was promptly assisted and on my way. I have never had any other physician order intial bloodwork for me. The results were also provided very promptly via the My Chart application the next day. I look forward to being a patient of hers.

Love the staff and my doctor, but i guess they have a hard time mailing out bills or calling to collect payments, because i never have until i got a call from a collections agency today. Not thrilled about that.
