  We had just purchased our home last week from Christina at Lepere Village. Christina had every paper we needed ready to close and was on top of making our home purchase seamless. We had a very pleasant experience working with her and glad to call this wonderful place home.

  I have lived in Lepere for 9 months now and i will say that it is a nice place to live. My neighbor's are friendly and they look out for my place when I am not home. I am happy that Christina was able to get the roads fixed. I would like to say that Christina is a very excellent manager. I have been going through some trying times and she has been there for me. She is very understanding. She has went way above and beyond to help me. I say she needs a good raise..

  I've lived in LePere Village for 15 years. Not a lot was done by the old owners an I was nervous when they sold it. The new owners didn't do didly squat for about the first year then they hired a new manager. Christina Martin has been awesome. Roads have been repaired, trees have been trimmed back and the neighbor hood has been cleaned up. She has organized community cleanup days. Helped people fix up their homes and yards. She has organized chili cook offs and had other gatherings for people to come and meet each other.
  There is a playground for children in the neighborhood now.
  Can't wait to see what the future brings. I hope they pay Chrisina well, she is really putting this community first!

  I have lived here 30 years and it's about time we have a good manger Christina has made a big changes in a short time !! Roads are slot nicer than they ever been ! Trees are trimmed which has been let go for years ! Making people clean up to make it a nice community!! She very good to work with and it's shaping up into a nice place to live !! Give her thumbs up!! Glad to see it getting back to a nice place to live
  !!it sure needed a face lift and it's nice to see it getting updated and fixed !! Keep up the good improvements !!

  I lived here for a short while, from personal experience I think it is peaceful and very well taken care of. A plus is they put in new roads it's all very smooth now. The lady who takes care of everything her name is Christina and she is very sweet and a delight. The maintenance men are also very busy but they still get all the work done and are kind men. There's no violence no wild animals no loud music nothing to disrupt anyone's peace of mind. I really enjoyed my short time there :)
