“My first visit. I had fillings done. It was a wonderful experience. Dr. Jessica and her hygienist, I believe her name is Kiesha (sorry if it’s wrong), were awesome. Both were friendly and concerned about my well-being. Dr Jessica walked me through each step. Her tone was always pleasant and comforting. 5 stars. Both are very professional. I’ve had great dentist in the past but she is tops thus far. Thank you for a pleasant experience. The receptionist was pleasant as well. First impressions are a lasting one. I hope this is the service I have moving forward.”

“Dentist offices are generally very clinical, strict, and not overly welcoming. I can't explain how far this office and staff were from that. The building is very homey and welcoming. It didn't feel like I was walking into a hospital. The staff was immediately very friendly and comforting. The receptionists and assistants made me feel like I was important and taken care of. There was no shortage of kindness and encouragement. And the doctor was very professional without being standoff-ish. He explained things and answered questions without talking down to me or treating me like I'm an idiot. I needed a tooth extraction and referral for a root canal. The extraction was done an hour and change after my initial exam, and they were so patient and caring throughout the entire procedure - which took about 15 minutes all told. As much as I hate dental work, and that hasn't changed, I can't recommend them enough for helping keep the anxiety down. Thank you to the team for all the help making this experience less traumatic than I've experienced in the past.”

“As a patient with anxiety issues, everyone at Stone Falls is supportive and caring. Dr. Prane doesn’t recommend unnecessary procedures, has a very gentle hand, and great chair side manner. The dental hygienist Caroline is truly a pleasure to see. She makes cleanings easy and really does calm my anxiety. Not running from cleanings has helped! I actually enjoy hanging and chatting with her while she is keeping me beautiful smile sparkly :) The front desk staff is what starts the great experience! Sara and Danielle have such warm and welcoming smiles and personalities. Between checking on you, explaining insurance and out of pocket costs, and just really caring how you are.. is what makes them so wonderful.”
