“The Sheraton at Syracuse was a great stay! The view to the university was beautiful. Restaurants were awesome and staff was so friendly. I left my work laptop in the room and did not realize until I got home (which was 4 hours away!). The staff located the bag right away. The lost and found manager was so unbelievable! He called me the next morning and had the bag shipped out at minimal cost and I received it in two days! He even had the laptop wrapped up even though it was in a bag of it's own. He went above and beyond! If my daughter ends up going to Syracuse University, we are definitely staying at the Sheraton when we visit!!!”

“What a great public library, especially for kids! They have a great play area for kids with a great selection of kids books. On the other side of the library they have an amazing set of DVDs--one of my favorite things to borrow from any library. They'll also clean my DVDs for me if I bring them from home. I was also interested to hear about their monthly Pinterest group. Sounds like a lot of fun!”

My husband got the bulgogi and enjoyed it as well. I definitely walked out with uplifted spirits after the quality attention and service we were provided. I don't know another place like this in the area. We also bought some new food from the small grocery store inside to try at home. We will definitely go back.”
