As we a renting our home, being away during the process was a hurdle handled easily through online meetings, calls , and texts. Working through that, add COVID restrictions and supply issues, tenant schedules, and unexpected quality issues with tiles the team was still able to keep us informed and aware of issues. It took a little longer than scheduled, but all of this was outside of anyone’s control. Rob and Brittany were wonderful to work with. Brittany provided good product choices that fit out vision and Rob was able to find unique solutions when the unexpected occurred. We are happy with how it looks and look forward to actually using it someday!”
