  When you have plumbing troubles Call them . Excellent customer service.Was able to get us help quickly . Fix the problem as well as they could to keep thing moving along . However they discovered a much larger serious issue that will need additional attention. I will have them return to do that work . Replacing a cracked portion of the main sewer .
  With out there discovery of this the results would be drastic . Glad I called Reid & Pederson
  
  Tuesday ,December 11 , 2018The day prior Jose discovered a cracked sunken blocked main sewer line . Bright and early
  Rico,Alfonso and Mason came to our rescue . It was a major repair job inside and outside !
  They had to replace a major portion of the sewer line inside our home and 12 feet outside .
  It involved back hoeing out and down 6 feet. to to the necessary repair . They accomplished
  this in one day ! They worked swiftly , safely, cleanly and got things moving properly down and out .
  It may not be the Christmas present I wanted but it was the Christmas present we really needed.

  I paid a little more using this company for sewer rodding but it was worth it. I had a friend do the same job earlier this year with rental equipment for quite a bit less but I am having to have the job done again already. Their tech Ryan called to let me know he was coming, was here on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and there were no problems.

  I would have given a six-pack star rating if possible. They are superior. I called Reid and Pedersont at the recommendation of a friend after another plumber had been in twice and failed to correct the problem. Our sewer line was almost completely backed up . The other plumber had quoted me a price of $2,750. for corrective work.Reid and Peterson came in on Saturday within 30 minutes of my call, spent an hour with a two-man team, corrected the problem and charged me $234.00 total. They were totally professional, courteous, and clean. Not a drop of water was spilled on the floor.I highly recommend Reid and Peterson.

  Dave and Betty were awesome. One day earlier I had a local plumber fail to open the drain and leave my situation worse than it started. Dave from R&P came to the rescue the following day. Fantastic organization, very neat, and provided a fast fix.

  After I requested a service call online, John Reid called me back Immediately and got me in their schedule the same day. The office ( Betty) helped with updates of when the crew was coming in the afternoon to accommodate my work schedule. Dave and Ryan were very professional and explained the steps they were taking to clean out my sewer pipes as we had some drainage issues. I am happy to report that everything is working properly again and am very satisfied with the work that was done today. I highly recommend Dave and Ryan of Reid and Pedersen. Will definitely be doing routine maintenance from now on and will be calling you guys again! ! Thanks so much!
