  RootBusters was the only company in the area willing to give me an estimate via email without sending someone to my house. Alec and Phil were very friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly replaced the wax ring on my leaky toilet. They recommend replacing the fill valve and provided a discount since they were already at my home. The toilet makes much less noise now when refilling and is no longer leaking.

  I have a double kitchen sink that became clogged and backed up on both sides. Also a leak underneath. Kelli was great in getting a service call set up for me right away. Alec came out and did an outstanding Job! He was professional and very thorough. He took great care in double checking his work and his clean up. Super impressed with his work and this company. I will definitely be spreading the word and calling them again if needed in the future. Thanks Alec!

  We had a great experience with this company!
  It's hard sometimes to find honest, professional, good natured people.
  Phil was all of those. We had some 100+ year old drain pipes that needed replacing and also part of the stack. It was
  A lot of work, but he did it all in a matter of hours. He worked hard, was polite and cleaned up after himself. 🙂
  We definitely recommend them!

  It’s hard to find GOOD Professionals that know how to do their job. My experience started off with Alexa accommodating my needs today (thank you Alexa you are a gem!). We have had a clogged main line for over 24 hours she could hear the distress in my voice and stated that she had an appointment for the following day. She had to check with her technician Phil to see if he could accommodate me today and she was able to get me in today! If you are looking for, professionalism, kindness, along with detailed estimates this the company you should hire! I will certainly have them on speed dial. God bless

  I had a very positive experience with RootBusters Plumbing. My sewage line was starting to back up due to roots in the clay pipe. Phil happened to have an opening the same afternoon that I found his company online, so he came over after he finished up another job. He worked quickly, but did a very thorough job, and explained to me where he found the roots and what type of equipment he used. He was also very polite and seems to have a nice personality (speaking from a mom's perspective : ) I would use his service again.
