  Window Works was one of the best decisions we made for our house, I'm thrilled they were the first to meet with us. Honestly we couldn't be happier with the results. From our sales person Tony, to the instillation every thing was awesome. My husband did this kind of work back in the day, and he is very aware of how things should be done properly, he was more than impressed with our two guys work. When we saw only two men show up we thought this might turn out to be a two day job, that wasn't the case, these two guys worked in complete harmony, they knew each others next move and worked as a team like we have never seen before. The whole job took about five hours, and that was with the removal of the old windows, installing the new windows, and two new screen doors, and the cleanup. When they left, our house looked the same as when they got here, with the exception of our brand new beautiful windows. Awesome company to deal with I would and have recommend them to anyone. You have very happy customers with us.

  Well ,let's give my opinion, how well we was service at my daughter residence, We had A Custom made front entrance door and a new screen door put in, also a custom made Back door with a new screen door . Also they put door knobs can used same keys to lock with. Before getting these doors. My front entrance old doors was a mess. Anybody could have kick the door in, the door frame was so messed up u could see light coming in while door was closed, And when it was cold , u felt it even though the door was close. AIR LEAKING ALL ROUND HAD TO PUT PLASTIC UP TO TRY AND KEPT AIR OUT, BUT DIDN'T WORK, Also had the living room Big window and the kitchen Big window, and over the sink window done. These windows replace the window that was there when the house was built. These window was having Air leaks too and was looking ugly ALSO. Finally was offer a 200. 00 Bonus. ,in which a lady by the name Michelle help get the paper work done , so I could get my BONUS CHECK. MY DAUGHTER AND I , R ENJOYING THE NEW ADDITION, MY GRANDSON WHOS 3 IS ALWAYS LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW. NO MATTER HOW COLD ITS GETS WE DON'T FEEL ANY MIRE AIR, OUR GAS BILL LOOKS BETTER NOW, SAVING MONEY . THE GUYS WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY NICE ,POLITE AND CLEAN. THE MESS WAS VERY CONTAIN AND THEY CLEANED UP , ALL I HAD TO DO WHEN THEY LEFT WAS LOOK OUT EACH WINDOW AND EACH DOOR, BEAUTIFUL JOB WELL DONE, PLAN TO GET MY FAMILY ROOM DONE SOON.

  We love our new windows! Everyone at Window Works was very pleasant to work with. They provide high quality windows at a fair price. The installation was quick and the guys that came were very professional! Our windows are beautiful, we have received many compliments already. I highly reccommend Window works!

  I worked for this company for over a year. Though they have issues like any other work place. they tend to actually care about their employees and do try to better them. They pay is good but the hours are long. As for customers they do what they promise and are within the normal 3-10 weeks for install like all major window sellers.

  I just purchased my home this past June. It’s a wonderful old Cape Cod and it needed new windows. My experience with Window Works was seamless and great from beginning to end. I had 15 windows replaced and had a utility door installed in my garage. The two professional installers got the job done in 9 hours! I am so pleased with how my home looks now and and also glad I will not have to put up with drafty windows this winter. The only negative, and it’s minor, is the price. It was well worth it to me to have the peace of mind with the lifetime warranty, as well as a quality product. The financing was a huge bonus too. I will be a repeat customer. They will be giving me a quote on siding next!
