(November 7, 2018, 11:58 am)Ok, this was the easiest experience with Comcast to date. Took care of my equipment change in less than 10 minutes and when I went back 2 weeks later to add on another piece of equipment, he technician greeted me by first name when I walked in the door! Nice Job Comcast!

We were quickly paired with Patrick, who guided us through every step of the process and answered all of our questions. We even hit a snag due to a strange Xfinity account error, but Patrick was experienced enough to solve the issue. Excellent customer service!
(August 15, 2018, 5:21 pm)I've been to this store twice in the last two days. The second time was not due to any error on their part. Both times I waited about 15 minutes and while waiting was comfortably seated and watching their TV. What I came in for both times was handled by a friendly, courteous and professional employee. This place is really a class act.
