    I showed up 3 days late to pick my load up had me out of there in under 3 hrs my lucky day. But the signs say check in only 15 mins early.

    Delivering for them was pleasantly easy. They are polite and quick to take care of the drivers.

    DRIVER: Can take a break here. They have 1 unisex bathroom for use and no lounge/vending stuff that drivers can access.

    The clerks are nice enough. You might get lucky and get loaded early if they have the capacity however, in our experience (Team truck) they only ever load you within 2 hours of getting a door and will only put you in a door at your appointment time.

    THIS IS A PRODUCTION FACILITY. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE CREATED UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. That's why it takes so long to get loaded and why you get screwed if you show up late.

    For the love of everything good in the world. GET HERE ON TIME. If you're going to miss your appointment or be late for whatever the reason you will be left waiting until all other scheduled on time appointments are done. If you think you won't make it on time skip this load, ditch it and go somewhere else.. unless you need a 34 break then by all means show up late!

    Otherwise as far as loading times, usually in and out of a door pretty fast. I've never delivered here so can't speak to that.
