    Good fast place. Only problem was weight.
    Broker rate conformation said 32k.
    Actual weight was 42k. Now that's a breach of contract. Told shipper we dont want it.
    So CH Robinson had no choice but to pay more.
    To all the trucking companies that get mislead and under paid. We must check and challenge these brokers. Cheers!!

    I had an order with a tool company shipped through RJW. I have a few things to say about their customer service. I think this is probably the best experience I've ever had regarding an order/shipment. I sent an email inquiring about the ETA of my order and within 10 minutes I had a time scheduled for delivery to my home. I've placed many orders and received many packages over the years and this was the fastest, most organized response I've ever had.
