Called with an emergency situation and someone was sent over the same day! The technician (J. Smith) came within a few hours and was able to save the day! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clean with his work! He even wore his mask and took off his shoes! He was able to take off an old doorknob and replace it quickly and efficiently! Would definitely call this service again !

My service was great from beginning to end. The office staff was very polite and made sure one of their experts called before the visit to get a feel for whether my locks were compatible with each other. He determined they likely were and scheduled an appointment with me right then. My technician, Chris, arrived on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. He completed the job in no time and left me a happy customer. Great job!

Chris came out to replace a storm door mortise lock set with one that I bought and hoped could be installed. He worked very quickly and efficiently and got the lock replaced with no issue. He also tested it to make sure it actually worked and that it hit the strike plate at the proper point.

He was very polite, pleasant and he cares about the quality of his work obviously. I'll certainly call Goldy Locks if I ever need them again.
