  I purchased an Ariens snow blower last Weds from Russo Power Equip, and I must say I was SHOCKED with the EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE I received!! I felt like I had stepped into another time zone, and I know this sounds crazy, but I have not received such wonderful customer service in years!! This refers to the saleman, the cashier, ROSIE, lovely young lady and the last salesman/serviceman, Jonathan. They entered my warranty into the Arien system, made sure the snow blower was running, had the proper amount of oil and even filled it with gas along with hands on detailed instructions on how to use it on my first time. They also said if I had any issues they would pick it up from MY HOUSE!!! I was shocked and pleased and would recommend this company to everyone!! Great job Russos!!!

  We purchased two new lawn mowers from here, one we loved so much we bought another as a gift. The price couldn't be beat and they do everything- get the mower ready to use and even put it in your car for you. For any of our lawn care products- we won't go anywhere else. Everyone their is very pleasant to talk to. They actually like what they do- hard to find these days.

  Great sales department! I cant wait for my new SCAG to get delivered. Traded in my old SCAG 36 in SW for the new SCAG Liberty Z 36 in, these hydro controls are smooth and lightning fast.
