Amazing staff/Coaches with top notch class instruction and routines. Very group/community building orientated and challenge the individuals without judgments. Equipment is in great condition and follow COVID safety guidelines.

I've been doing group fitness for decades and finally found a place that checks all the boxes: instructors that build curriculum that is challenging/effective for the most advanced person in class but is scalable for everyone. An environment that is clean & sterile and gives everyone plenty of personal space, loads of awesome weights and tools that keep the workouts interesting. Most of all, the workouts are broken up into modules: cardio/functional/weight training. They have a $3 for 3 class promo...try it. Oh, you are in and out in under an hour, or join the gym and stay all day. It's a great place whoever you are, very inclusive.

Dan and Garrett are the consummate professionals!!! They are always willing to work with you to correct form and to push you when they know you have more to give. Best value for the type of workout I’m looking for. I love this place! I highly recommend it.
