“I have purchased many cars and dread going to dealerships but Nicole S. changed the whole experience and made it a very positive one. My lease was going to end in February and I knew I needed to get another car before then so I went in without intentions on purchasing but solely getting an idea on prices and cars. It first started with me making an appointment with Liz to come in and talk to someone in sales about options. I was paired with Nicole. Nicole had a great personality right off the bat and was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable. She was also very up front and realistic, she took down all of my needs and wants that I told her I wanted in my next car. She truly listened and was patient with me. I ended up getting a really great deal and left that day with my new equinox! I will definitely be back and I will be asking for Nicole every time! She even checked on me a couple times after purchasing my car and really made sure I was 100% satisfied. “This Baskin-Robbins is absolutely excellent in every single way you can measure. Having left the worst-by-any-metric B-R I've ever set foot in perhaps fifteen minutes before coming here made this place look even better, but it really didn't need the help. The entire store is bright and well-lit with natural and artificial lights. Every surface - including the walls and floor but particularly all the glass and stainless steel - is pristinely sparkling clean. Being a B-R/DD, there's tonnes of cups and mugs and whatnot on display. Their ice cream selection was absolutely perfect. They literally had a little bit of everything in the case, including my beloved bubble gum. Thus, anyone who wanted ice cream would almost certainly find *something* that appealed to them. The best part was the customer service, though. The employees were all friendly and polite, happy to chat and joke a bit, and sure that we not only could but should taste a few flavors before picking one. (It was mid-afternoon on a weekday and thus quiet.) Getting ice cream there was a pleasure I plan to repeat in the future and I recommend that you do the same.”
