“This location isn't a great Ross, but it's easily the best in the area. (The Matteson store is always in dire need of more merchandise. The one in Orland Park, despite being in a nice area full of competition, is nearly as bad at keeping stocked.) The Tinley store is on the larger size and usually well stocked. (Being in a large, busy plaza probably helps encourage them to keep it so.) The one really good part about this store is that the associates here are all really friendly and helpful. Many of them are downright funny, and most are fun to chat with as you check out. So if you're looking to shop at a Ross, I'd recommend going to this one. The other benefit to going here being that if you don't find what you want, there's several other stores in the vicinity!”

“First time here and no complaints. It was a Monday @ 11 AM and half the lanes were occupied. I was kind of surprised how busy they were on a weekday morning. The place was clean - from the restrooms to the range. The staff was nice and approached me to ask if I needed help. They have just about everything you need here - firearms, ammo, gun cleaning supplies, magazines, mag loaders and much more. You can rent firearms to shoot at the range. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Btw, I spent an hour at the range. I recommend and will return. Edit - been here 3X since original review above. The above still rings true. No complaints.”
