Quick friendly service. Emissions test was done quickly, there was a long line but went smoothly. Will be back again.

They bend over backwards to take care of your car problems. I had some suspension problems, which would have costs thousands of dollars at the dealer, they found an alternative solution at a cost saving.

Had my emissions done here and it was a breeze. They were busy as to be expected and the gentleman helped each customer as we waited in line. Fast and clear testing facility.

I tend not to leave many reviews, however the service and experience I had during my recent visit to Bell Side 7 was top notch. They were very personable and did not try to "up sell" or "pile on" repairs. I really appreciate this, as it is the thing I hate about dealing with repair shops. As a result, I tend to try and do most easy to moderate repairs myself. However in this case I did not have the time nor weather cooperation to do so. They evaluated the vehicle and only suggested the repair required, in a fast turn around (I dropped it off Friday evening and has it back Saturday afternoon ready to get to work on Monday!). Pricing was fair and very reasonable. Since I often perform repairs myself, I know the price of parts and they did not try to markup...very honest pricing. For repairs I do not want nor can tackle myself I would definitely go back to Bell Side 7. Greatly appreciate knowing there is a local honest repair shop in my area. Thanks!
