  Somewhat longer of a wait then I anticipated but considering it was my first time and Christmas Eve in the afternoon I understand. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. When the physician assistant, Brook, came in she did a proper diagnosis and treatment suggestion. Hopefully the sinus infection will be remedied. She was a delight to talk to. Highly recommend this faculty. Very clean and attractive facility. Location quick access from New Lenox. Closer locations were booked solid. I would go here again, if needed

  There was 3 people waiting before I signed in and I still only waited 15 mins before I was seen. All of the staff is very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I truly felt they were there to take care of me and not just write me a script and send me on my way.

  I had a great experience here. I was seen in a timely manner and all the staff was great! The receptionist was fast and knew what she was doing. The medical assistant was kind and very helpful. The dr was great as he took my concern seriously, listened, and wasn't in a rush! Grateful for this place and would come back again!
