  Artur and his father did an amazing job for us installing our water softner. From re-doing our pipes to helping us make sure our water softener was appropriate he could have not been better. Super punctual and looking out for our best interests we were relieved to find someone we trust. Can't thank him enough and recommend to everyone in the SW burbs area. Great prices and great service with an honest person is hard to find.

  Called Art for an quote on multiple jobs needed done in the home. He came in, quoted what i asked for free, gave professional recommendations, but did not push at all. Honestly having him over felt very comfortable, like having an old friend over to talk about the plumbing.
  
  Overall He came in on time when scheduled and within 2 hours he had redone my kitchen faucet, and completed the bathroom, and basement jobs! You will find high quality, for a reasonable price with New Era Plumbing. I will only be using them for future projects!

  I called this company because of their 5 star reviews, and today they will be receiving another one. Arthur was very prompt and cordial. I had to have my kitchen plumbing upgraded for a dishwasher install, and he took it from there. He was clean, quick and to the point. I would recommend New Era Plumbing to anyone who needs a service done in their home.

  My bathtub and sink were not draining and clogged. Called New Era at 7 in the morning, and Arthur came out right away and fixed our problem within 20 minutes. I would recommend his services to anyone. Quick, professional, and reasonable prices. Thank you Arthur!!

  My wife and I had been reviewing a number of plumbers in the area for several projects in our home. When we met Artur from New Era Plumbing to discuss them, we both felt very comfortable that he would be our guy for the job. During our initial consultation, he was very personable, creative and listened carefully to our needs.
  
  Over the next couple of weeks we continued our communication back and forth with him on our first project which was to replace our existing sump pump with a dual pump battery backup system as well as create a new discharge system for it. All our questions were answered and preferences taken into account.
  
  We now have our system installed exactly as we wished. I was impressed with the speed and skill in which Artur installed the system as well as its professional look when it was all done.
  
  Artur gave us reasonable pricing all described up front, was on time, reliable, clean, and in general a pleasure to work with.
