I had some issues that I was not to sure of, Jenny was able to help out so well. My worries went away when she had answered some questions.

I was looking looking at a few different places for car insurance. I ended up choosing state farm because it was more of what I was looking for! The customer service was great jennifer really explained to me what each coverage offered she also was nice enough to send me some Email attachments so that I could go through it all and analyze, She was really nice and incredibly helpful!

I had the pleasure today of meeting Jack Anderson and his staff. His positivity can be shown through him and the team members. What really touched me today was learning about his contributions with in the Joliet community. This office works with numerous youth organizations in effort to help make them well rounded, self contributors to society. This is truly the definition of a good neighbor. Way to go Jack & Team!!
