My Sister has received the best care. Their skilled staff is truly caring. They go above and beyond expectations.
Ask for staff manager Aneta! She is wonderful person.
She always listens and clarifies everything before she makes suggestions.
She also has a vast knowledge of many medical issues as well as a huge care practice. Her caring approach should be used by all caregivers.
European Home Care Service staff are professional, efficient as well as kind and respectful. And everyone as well as Aneta have a good sense of humor as well as compassion.

I needed someone for the weekends, specifically afternoon time and I had a couple of other services and was thoroughly disappointed. Not showing up, leaving early, disconnected when here and even ignoring my Mother's concerns, though it wasn't a safety or health issue. Once I got connected with European Services and was assigned Karen, I was thoroughly impressed with the attention she gave my Mother. Even though my Mom can complain & gripe for HOURS about the same thing more than Whoopie Goldberg & Rush Limbaugh Combined, out of the blue. Karen seems to be able to calm her down and they get along well, when my Mom isn't in a bad mood. Karen does enjoy being here and I cannot express my comfort level with her and the staff here in Joliet. They are more than caring and the ones I've had here from the company; 4 prior as fill-ins til Karen was available; were so nice and seemed to care for my Mom like their own family member. Hands down, the absolute Best!
