(January 31, 2018, 8:46 pm)I'm a dump truck driver that has been bringing loads into Laraway for a long time. Julie is 100% correct. The Ladies in the office, and the operators are hard working. Always happy to help, how they smile all day dealing with us truck drivers, is beyond me!!

(November 14, 2017, 2:00 pm)1st - Laraway does not have garbage trucks or pick-up refuse. We are a landfill only. The two complaints referencing collection service are incorrectly posted on our review.
2nd - These are the hardest working ladies (yes spelled ladies) in the industry. They process up to 127 trucks per hour and have accepted as many as 17000 tons per day. These ladies work through their lunches and breaks in order to service the customers quickly and efficiently. The proof is in the volume. If they were slow and lazy they wouldn't have any customers. This is the top performing facility in the IL market area. I am proud to have these women on my staff and proud to work for WM.
On a side note, we started out handing out safety violations and notices to truck drivers who were not following the rules and requirements of the facility. I'm guessing Mr Perez maybe one of the gentlemen receiving notices.
