    Very happy with my windows & this company. Salesman knowledgeable, candid & helpful. Helped me understand possible causes of leak near window & resolve it. Caused by another company that didn't do flashing properly! Thanks Richard! Entire process pleasant & not high pressure. Receptionist pleasant. Installers all professional, quick & helpful. Also showed me previous problem & fixed it. It's only been a few months but very pleased.

    Window World of Joliet is wonderful. Our installers we're great and didn't leave a mess. We have had our new windows for months, and not a leak or anything. Love our new windows.

    Window World provided exceptional service throughout our replacement project. The initial meeting explained each step of the process. After taking measurements, they told us an approximate installation date. Our window arrived on time, and the installer did an excellent job installing AND cleaning up afterward. We are extremely happy with the entire experience.

    The owner is one one the most reliable people that I've had the pleasure to deal with. The installers did a great job, clean and quick. Whole house was done in two days. The windows themselves are also great and have saved up a lot of money compared to the old single pained windows we previously had.

    My husband and I shopped around and found Window World to be the best deal to replace all of our windows. So happy we did. The crew was fantastic...professional, courteous and efficient. We would definitely recommend this company, very pleased with the windows!
