(December 18, 2018, 6:48 pm)Absolutely wonderful experience. While walking around with my two boys I asked the gentleman to put a couple items in a bag secretly for Santa. Not only did he put them in the bag he wrapped them in brown paper in case they were seen. Great customer service as not normally seen in today's world. Thank you very much guys.

I remember my Great Aunt & Uncle taking me to Walts when it was downtown Joliet.
That was 45 years ago and I still enjoy going there to by trains. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff!
(November 17, 2018, 12:48 pm)Always a fun experience & a lot to look at here! Huge selection, knowledgeable, good customer service. My husband loves coming here frequently to supply his rocket building hobby! The kids love the train sets! Highly recommend!
(September 4, 2018, 9:08 pm)This is a great “classic” hobby shop. TONS of good stuff, models, trains, RC, supplies, reference materials etc. topped off with a friendly staff.
Just stopped in to check it out as we are new to the area and had a nice conversation with the gentleman at the counter.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
