If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I work for a facility maintenance company and work with hundreds of vendors. This company is by far the worst company I have dealt with in my entire time in the industry. Their dispatch center is rude and absolutely no help. I called several times trying to obtain something as simple as an invoice and Frank would hang up on me the second he answered the phone. When I voiced my complaints I was told that Nate would be in touch with me to get everything settled. This of course never happened. Stay clear of this company at all costs.

Oh my! My ceiling lights looks dope and are very efficient, thanks to Pacific Electrical Contracting. Besides, their quote for the work was very competitive. I should not forget to thank Ken for the free after service cleaning. I’m a happy and contented customer.

Pacific Electrical Contracting was amazing to work with, they called 30 minutes ahead of time to make sure someone was home. Ken was our technician and he was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Gave me great advice for living in the area since we are new to the state, and could answer questions I had about what outside lighting would work. Thank you for the prompt and great service!

The whole experience was very professional, from my initial conversation with Pacific Electrical Contracting to the email I received that day outlining what would be done and the costs that I could expect. Pacific Electrical Contracting electricians arrived on time, was charming, efficient, neat workers and gave the impression that they really knew what they were doing. They wasted no time.

Couldn't be more thankful to wonderful services offered by Ken. He was quick and efficient and was able to fit me into his schedule under a short notice. He replaced my manual thermostats with programmable ones and repaired our electrical fans. I am very happy with his work. Will definitely recommend to him and Pacific company to my friends and family.

Mr Ken at Pacific Electrical Contracting came out and gave us an estimate for some outside light fixtures we wanted to get installed. he also took time to check our wiring system and brought some additional items to our attention we didn’t even know were an issue. I loved how he offered me multiple options for me to decide what was best for my home need! Definitely recommend him and the company for all electrical services!
