The customer service was awesome, they kept me informed and sent me photos on what was going on every step of the way. The delivery time was more then what I expected and it got delivered several days earlier. All and all I would definitely buy from this place again and recommend this place to my friends.

I had been looking all over the country for the right TR3. Prices were all over the place and a lot of places were hard to get a hold of. When I emailed HnH, they got back with me within 30min. After talking with Ali for a little bit we did a video call to look over and listen to the bike. He made me very comfortable with the way they run there business.

The idea of sending a good chunk of money to a business u just met is not the easiest or most comfortable. But Ali made it a lot easier. We talked for a few days back and forth, then I pulled the trigger. From the time I sent the money to the time I got the bike delivered in Houston was less then 4 days. They really took care of the bike and I will definitely work with them in the future.
