I have a 3.5 gallon tank for him.. customer service said they can’t do anything about it and she said she can only help me out if it dies.. “This a great place to do shopping. I am giving the four stars because after the shopping couple hours later I noticed that there was a missing shopping bag. When I came back to the store I asked cashier about and it she just looked into drawers nearby and said it is not there, and suggested that I can talk to the manager. When manger Renee came she asked cashier if she checked every spot, and cashier confirmed that she did. Renee suggested that she will be able to see on the monitoring if I really left the shopping bag in store on Monday. I had to wait since Saturday and I had a returning phone call on Monday about my shopping bag and it was found on the back of the store. Menager Renee was very friendly and I think she is the right person in the right position. She responsibly took care of her customers and store. Thank you Renee for your help!”

“I initially went to the Joliet loction but they were out of the color I needed. This location had my color. As soon as I walked in the door a young gal there helped me right away. She had no problem allowing me to use my dital coupon at the end of the transaction ...which meant she needed to re-ring my order. She was very helpful and pleasent. Excellent service!”

“After reading some of the previous reviews, I was compelled to write one of my own. I truly believe this is one of the best Chase branches I have ever been to. I have been coming here for years and have never had anything other than excellent customer service. Everyone, from the tellers to the bankers to management, have always gone out of their way to be courteous, friendly and helpful. Each time I walk in, someone greets me and manages my expectations. I usually visit the ATM at other locations, but at this branch I look forward to going inside and talking to the workers because its always a great experience. 5 stars for sure.”
