(January 16, 2021, 10:18 pm)I recently discovered tails and snails while shopping around for some new snail additions to my tank. I have to say after my first experience I will be a repeat customer quite a bit for any future additions! I bought an ivory snail, and a purple. They were extremely active immediately after being acclimated to my tank and I'm extremely impressed by how they have seemingly adapted right away. Another sticking point for me was the quick responses from Ray and the ability to pick up locally. Definitely 5 stars from me.

(August 14, 2020, 9:37 pm)Bought 5 blue dream shrimp from Tails. They were shipped quickly and in good shape. The seller actually sent us 7 shrimps. Nice looking shrimps. Seller followed up with us to make sure they arrived :) We give 5 stars.

(June 17, 2020, 4:42 pm)We received 3 beautiful purple snails from Ray at Tails and Snails Aquatics. Shipping was fast and the customer service was very good. Being new to aquariums I did not know where to put them or even what to feed them and they were very helpful to help me with the set up and guidance on how to start. I will definitely buy again!
