(January 18, 2018, 4:58 pm)The level and quality of service we have received from Jason and team at UPDATE has been exceptional. He is very responsive to questions and requests and very flexible if you need to change an appointment. We originally used UPDATE when we had our basement refinished as our general contractor uses them for all of his HVAC needs. After our basement was completed we had Jason and team come back to install a humidifier in our basement furnace. This past winter our upstairs furnace was leaking so we called UPDATE right away. He provided a variety of options from repairing the existing furnace to replacing the unit. We ended up replacing the unit as the original unit was very loud and was 10+ years old. We explained what we were looking for and he provided three furnace options to choose from and provided the pros and cons for each. We ended up going with the higher-end model as he advised it is the quietest unit and he was right, we can barely hear it when it kicks on. Last and possibly most important for any new customers is his price, he was $1,500 less than the other two quotes we received to replace our furnace with the same exact furnace model. Jason and the team at Update have been great to work with and I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
