AMBER IS INCREDIBLE. Everyone work with her! My vehicle came out looking brand new. She directed the condition it was in and even pointed out flaws I didn't know about. Crash champions in New Lenox is the best place to go if there's ever an accident. Will do business with them again in the future if needed. Amber should get a promotion because of how phenomenally flawless the work turned out. The vehicle was prepped and ready earlier than the promise date which was convenient for me. Very satisfied with Crash Champion's service. Great customer service, they arranged my rental pick up with Enterprise and took care of the return for me. They kept me updated during the repair process and repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Amazing job on my Traverse!

Very quick, kind and helpful. I've had an extremely terrible experience having to go back multiple times to the Crash Champions in Aurora because they kept breaking new things as they "fixed" their OWN errors left on my truck. Insurance made me go back because they offered lifetime guarantees on their work. THIS location made up for their lack of skill and service. Goes to show every location is extremely different.

They restored my damaged 2021 Chevy blazer perfectly. I'm very happy with all of the work. They came highly recommended. Their estimate was lower than others, but ended up costing more but that wasn't why we chose them. They did excellent work amid the paint match is perfect.
