(October 9, 2018, 9:53 am)My family and I have been patients of Dr. Ritchey for years. This was the first time at the New Lenox location. Outstanding customer service as soon as you walk in to the office, quick call back to a chair, and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. This location is easy to get to and in a very convenient location. I would definitely travel the 25 minutes to go there again!

The customer service is outstanding, quality of the products and knowledge of the staff is far superior to any other office that I have ever been in. Their chairside manner is wonderful and Dr. Red Dr. Ritchie are experts at what they're doing but they're expanding that knowledge to their staff so you can be assured that you will get quality service provided who ever is helping you. I just recently visited their New Lenox location which is not only beautiful and easy to access,I was in and out in no time. Once again the staff was extremely knowledgable ,attentative, and perfect in their execution. It truly is rare for a family owned business to duplicate the quality of the original . Dr. Redd and Dr. Ritchie have shown they can not only have seamless and superior quality at one location, but they have achieved it at four locations. The best in the business. God bless them and their staff. Thanks for a perfect smile guys n gals.
