(December 31, 2018, 5:35 pm)m in desperate need of getting in shape, really overweight. I went to a good amount of gyms to find a good one. I went into this la fitness and was greeted by a friendly face, they sent me over to the trainer director , who's name is jeff. This guy knows what he's talking about. I won't tell u his past, that's for him to tell. What I can say, is this is the guy you want on your side when it comes to fitness. He believes in me o think more than I do. If you want to get healthy and live a good life . Go to la fit ess and ask for jeff the athletic director. He'll get you in shape whether you like it or not

(December 2, 2018, 7:47 pm)Lot of machines and usually easy to find an open spot to exercise. Machines are clean and so is locker room and bathroom. Pool is not great for serious swimmers, as there is no pace clock or kick boards.

(July 24, 2018, 1:22 pm)Just moved into the area and this is the best and cleanest LA Fitness I’ve been to in the state. The free weights area is large, plenty of benches, and everything is spaced far enough. The other equipment is maintained well. The staff will welcome you and the trainers are always doing their job and always moving or cleaning. The people who go to the gym are nice and do their part to keep the Gym clean.
