She listens to what I want & is happy to look at pics, and best of all is honest with me on why what I want will not work, for me, lol . She is meticulous in her preparation and execution of all that she does. Her products don't damage my hair especially when doing highlights. I would recommend Molly to anyone looking for a well-educated stylist who really cares about her clients, she Always puts us first. ❤️
