Move Pilates Studio

Move is a little slice of Heaven on Earth. I have becoming regularly for 2 years now. Move is the only place that I have stuck to for that long and that is solely because of the environment Ellen has created. Not only does she have the absolute best instructors, but she has created the cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing, easiest to schedule, most fun, most lighthearted, most therapeutic, most familial place you will find.

Can I give 10 stars? Move is a great workout and with a great community. Ellen knows how to instruct in a way that challenges each person in the class without making anyone feel bad about their skill level. I did Pilates at Move until the last month of my pregnancy and I give Ellen 100% of the credit for the fact that I had no back pain during pregnancy and had a quick and easy delivery.

If you have ever wanted to try Pilates and have just been too nervous to do it, pull the trigger and try out a class at Move. Ellen has created the most friendly environment full of amazing people. Ellen and the rest of her team are super knowledgeable and great at adjusting movements to meet you at the level you need. I cannot say enough great things about this studio!

I didn’t know I loved Pilates until I took this class! Ellen is amazing, personally and professionally. She is a great instructor and thoroughly describes what muscles are being activated during the exercises which can also be modified based on your personal physical activity level. Whether you have been doing Pilates for a long time or are new; you will get the guidance that you need, always feel welcomed, and can always look forward to a great time and environment.

Move is an incredible place. From the workout, the instructors, the atmosphere, the music, the cleanliness , the ease of scheduling…everything is perfect. Ellen has such an evident passion for what she does and it is never NOT noticeable. Each instructor delivers classes/workouts that you just truly cannot find anywhere else.
