  We have been shopping at The Great Escape for many years. We have purchased a pool, patio, furniture, and fitness equipment! Our experience has been great every time and we are extremely satisfied with all of our purchases! Gus has helped us with almost all of our purchases and our most recent purchase the Life Fitness IC5 spin bike is an amazing addition to our home gym! I highly reccomwnd checking them out.

  This location has the best customer service and in stock products. We ordered a patio set, fire pit, and umbrella - all of super high quality and fashionable. Delivery was quick and efficient. Thank you Gus for all of your help!!

  We purchased our first hot tub with Mark and were very nervous and had no idea what we wanted, he took the time to explain the pros and cons with the different brands and we LOVE our new purchase. We went into the store a week after getting the hot tub with a sample of the water and Mike took the time to educate us on how to get our levels in check and some tips to maintain it. We have been very happy with their overall service and will continue to use them.

  Stopped here to "look" around, ended up purchasing a new bar/pub set and theater seating. Shawn Beasley was very helpful, he was able to answer all of our questions and arrange for furniture delivery after we close on our new home. P.S. Great deals on floor models right now! ☺

  nice people, friendly and very knowledgeable. the store is clean and neat. sales staff was answered every question we had. they let us test the spas in the store. they have them in a separate room, off show room floor. this change our mind to go with a spa almost twice the price. would never have made that decision with trying them. we are ordering our new spa from Great Escape tonight. thanks for great service.
