Then I realized I had no reason to be nervous. EVERY single instructor is amazing and they made me feel so welcomed. I have since become a member and am loving my yoga sessions. Thank you Soul Flo team for enlightening me of the benefits of yoga and for the warm welcome. You are all GREAT!!

(February 21, 2018, 2:44 pm)Fantastic- the classes are wonderful, instructors are knowledgeable and owner is great. I feel welcome and rejuvenated every time I attend class. Prices are reasonable and there are always a good variety of new and interesting workshops available. I've been attending 6 months and I see a significant improvement in strength and flexibility. Variety for all skill levels- very accepting and judgment free.
