  Overall definitely worth 5 stars in my opinion. We had issues with our furnace turning off on a late cold evening and called Nick. He arrived within 30 minutes as promised, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and offered great additional information such as where to buy better filters and other future issues that may occur to keep an eye out. Highly recommend this service.

  NLB Heating & Cooling is great. Same day service. Showed up within hours of call. Speedy quick service on my furnace that was leaking water. Great value. A++++. Highly recommended service provider.

  Made a phone call for service, Nick was at the house in under an hour. Gave me the bad news about my furnace and air conditioning system. I was expecting to hear this. The entire job was completely finished by next day. The price was exactly what I thought it would be.
  On a side note, the installers were exceptional , could not have had two better people doing the job. Everything works just like it is suppose to. Thanks again .

  First off, I loved that there was no answering service, my heat was out when I called and it was great to talk directly with Nick when I first called.
  Nick arrived within an hour, as he had said he would, and resolved the issue quickly. The price was exceptional given the speed of response, the fact it was after hours, and the quality of work.
  Then, about an hour later, an issue came up again where the furnace wasn't working. I called Nick back and he came right back, arriving quickly as he promised and taking the time to fully diagnose the new problem. Nick explained everything thoroughly and fixed the problem.
  Overall, great experience, would definitely recommend and use again.

  We have used Nick from NLB for our furnace/central air issues. Nick is honest and his prices are amazing. I had wanted to add an upgrade to our furnace and Nick gave me the pros and cons of the upgrade. Nick could have made a lot of money to do this but it wasn't in our best interest. It's rare to find a businessman that not only is honest and saves you money but who also does NOT bash the competition. When a relative who lives outside of Nick's traveling area had an issue with their furnace Nick told us who he believed was honest and reputable that would travel that far.
  We were very happy. We have also referred him to many friends. Everyone has been very happy with him. I can only say wonderful things about Nick. When Nick gives us a time frame he is always here within that time frame.
