  I have been using Rod Baker for many years in the purchase of new vehicles and the servicing of my auto's. They are always great to work with especially the service department. They are extremely efficient in handling any service issue I may have with my cars. Great business to do business with.

  Great service in service area.Joe did a great job getting my truck work. Done. Was on top of top it. Would recommend getting your car service there. A great place to get your car serviced. Car sales had changed over the years. I had bought 4 cars there in the past. But when I went there to price cars there in last couple of years.l found prices lower at other places and trade in values were lower than in past years. I was very disappointed at this and was surprised how they did not value me as a good customer and let me walk to another Ford Dealer to get my car. Go there for service. But think about it for sales.

  Great experience purchasing my first new truck from this dealership. My salesman Ryan Morris was able to help me and answer any questions that I had and has continued to help in any way he can. Over all great experience and would recommend to anyone to check out this dealer.

  Their Sales Manager, Adam, very helpful in finalizing the deal to my very first new vehicle. I went last week to look at vehicles, found the one i wanted and Rod Baker Ford was very understanding to my needs. After finalizing the price and options over the phone, we were able to go in there the next day, sign some papers, and off we go in a fraction of the time. Highly recommended!!!   For the most part, we have been very satisfied having our vehicles serviced at Quick Lane, which is owned by Rod Baker Ford. Personally, I would never buy any Ford product, but this end of their service offering is well managed. Unfortunately, a recent visit to Quick Lane for our old Hyundai Azera revealed needed replacement of oil pan and timing cover gaskets. I was not surprised by the needed maintenance for this vehicle, but almost had a stroke when they told me the cost to replace everything was almost $3000! Most of this would be labor, and I find that simply ridiculous. I'd be better off looking for a good used car, or lease one. I was not happy when I left on this visit.
