My husband and I have used Julie for 3 didn’t types of real estate transactions over the past few years. Julie has helped us with a rental house, buying a house and when the neighborhood became unsafe for us to continue to raise our family in, we decided to put our house up for a short sale and we knew Julie would be the perfect person to help us do that. She was able to help us through the process and get it processed within 5 months. She was there for us the whole time.
