Can’t say enough great things about Guitar Workshop. Mario is amazing at what he does. I’m in a professional band, playing over 100 plus gigs a year, so my needs are high and having a instrument that performs well every week is key. My guitar has never felt or played better. All thanks to Mario. Highly recommend.
Ive taken 2 guitars to this guy. Seagull S6 and Taylor acoustic. Set them both up perfectly. Fast turn around. Very fair priced. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Very nice guy as well. Even though he said my guitar was messed up...cause its a lefty! :)
Highly recommend Mario. Did great work on my PRS. I also send my students and acquaintances to him for any guitar work needed!
Took my Stratocaster in to have them put in a set of Texas Special pickups and have the guitar setup. It came back to me with lower action than I thought possible. The guitar sounds and plays beautifully. I would highly recommend taking your guitar there for anything you need done. Got it back within a couple of days.
I recently brought in a j-200 Jumbo. It had a cracked nut. So Mario built and cut a bone nut and saddle. The workmanship was clean, neat and very effective. The guitar played good before Mario went to work on it but now it really plays and sounds excellent. The intonation is spot on, it plays like butter and the notes resonate evenly with great after note sustain. So check him out! You can do so in good faith. I am an active musician that has taken great pride in maintaining my guitars for 30 years. Great service, very fair price.

The Guitar Workshop 1007 No. Cunningham Ave. So the question is: Don't you hate it when your guitar is "resisting' you? You know what I mean, it is not responsive to your input. Maybe the tone is kind of shallow or it could be that some notes just "fret out" or are dull, they don't sing, they don't ring.

Building your own electric guitar can be rewarding, but also extremely challenging. A pre-made guitar kit is a great way to fast forward the learning curve, but there's still a lot to consider. Here's my overview of how to get the most out of a DIY guitar kit.
