“The food was everything I expect from a BK. It seems like they were very short staffed and as someone that has worked in restaurants, I recognized it and foresaw that my food would take a while longer than usual. But hey, it was made fresh and piping hot. Reading the reviews, I immediately noticed that the customers are ungrateful and likely not polite. The lady that took my order was out of breath, but once I came to the window, smiled and treated her like a human being, she was perfectly kind and pleasant in return. I would say that the problem with this BK is the customers. It's in a mall, in Joliet, need I say more? I will definitely be coming to this location more often. I can't say the same for other BKs in Joliet. I usually visit the one in New Lenox.”

I inherited my grandmother’s 50th anniversary ring and with her blessing I was able to use the diamonds out of it and make my own design. They treated me with the utmost care and knew how important these diamonds were to me. They offered several different designs and were honest about what would work for us. I am so excited to be engaged to the man of my dreams AND have a beautiful ring that will last a lifetime! They kept me up to date on the process and I got my ring WAY before I expected it! However, they do have really good sales and a very large clearance section. Also, if they do not have the size in the store that you are looking for they will order it for you. The Salespeople are always helpful. I will shop here again because little girls love their clothes.”
