(January 3, 2019, 8:52 am)Can't say enough good things about the Sales team led by one of their Sales Manager, Sam Vote. Hawk prices were much, much better than the local Quad Cities Volkswagen dealership and this particular QC Dealership would not price match. This forced us to drive two hours to Joliet and it was well worth the trip. Sam and I did negotiated over the phone over a two day period He was able to answer every question that I had about the Atlas which made me a lot more comfortable. He didn't have the exact car on the lot but said he would find one and have it ready by the time we arrived. Sam is clearly a man of his word because he and his Sales lead, Brian Swidergal, who was also extreme competent and professional, had the car waiting for us when we arrived. They quickly executed the paperwork and we were out the door with our new Volkswagen Atlas. We absolutely love the vehicle and are confident we made a good decision. Hawk sales clearly knows how to move vehicles out the door. They don't sweat the small stuff and does what is necessary for the consumer to get the sale accomplished.

(December 29, 2018, 11:33 am)Top notch customer service and great communication throughout the car buying process. I was skeptical that their low advertised prices would come with some catch (as many others on the web do), especially as I live two hours from Hawk and the first time I would see my vehicle would be as I was purchasing it. However, Alex was honest and clear with the pricing and helped get the exact model I wanted the next day! I will highly recommend anyone in the Midwest looking for the best deal on a new VW go to Hawk in Joliet.

(December 10, 2018, 2:23 pm)Just purchased a new Atlas and I love the car and Alex was a great salesman. From the online inquiry to going in and buying the car I enjoyed the process. The only part that could have been better would have been getting the paperwork signed to get out the door. Overall I enjoyed my purchase at Hawk Volkswagen.

He took his time to listen and lead me in the right direction with car buying - especially being my first car purchase. He was informative, helpful, patient, and did not pressure me into buying a car. He ultimately helped me feel confident in my own decision which lets you know they care about their customers feeling happy with a car purchase.
