(November 16, 2018, 6:03 pm)I have been coming here since I was little! I’ve seen almost all the staff including Dr. Rosen, Dr. Donovan, Lori, Pat, and Kelly. Everyone is always so helpful and courteous! I normally HATE the dentist but everyone here definitely makes my fear that much easier. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

(November 15, 2018, 7:58 pm)I am a new patient here and from the time I made the phone call to seek services to the minute I walked in the door everyone has been exceptional. Kelly at the front desk, Pat the dental assistant and Dr Shah have all been kind. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist and my last few experiences at other facilities haven’t been stellar by any means and has been pretty awful to be honest. Everyone here has regained my confidence and has put my anxiety to ease about going to the dentist. Everything was explained to me throughout the procedure and I even got a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing. I could have picked any facility to go to but I’m glad I chose Tru Family Dental. I chose this facility based on the reviews and have not been disappointed.

They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and take care of your dental needs. They are an awesome team. Kelly thanks for getting me in on such short notice and thanks Dr. Donovan and Pat for taking care of me.

The front desk staff helped me schedule a same day appointment for my first cleaning and were very understanding and flexible when I’ve had to reschedule follow-up appointments. The dental hygienist and dentist were friendly and professional and answered my questions thoroughly. I hadn’t seen a dentist in some time and was a bit shy about coming in after so long, but they were nonjudgmental and supportive.
