I can't say enough about how much I appreciate this man - my family and I were set to go down to the path of totality for the solar eclipse of August 2017 (about a five hour drive); it was a Sunday night when we arrived to pick up my in-laws in Shorewood. On the way, the car developed a charging issue. And on a Sunday evening, of course no place was open. From the recommendation of someone at O'Reilly auto parts, we tried Graybeal. He agreed to help us, we bought our own part (we suspected it was a belt and were correct) and brought it to him, and he had us on our way SO quickly! And for what I considered to be SUCH a reasonable amount. I mean, he could have asked for any amount - he had us, of course - we had no other option, and we HAD to go, or wait and take our chances on the weather for the 2024 eclipse!! I will heartily recommend this place, and I will use their services again whenever I need service in Shorewood. If I lived closer, and not in Skokie, he would be my main go-to mechanic. Thanks again!
