I love the yoga community at Twist! It’s such a friendly place and you feel that as soon as you walk in the door. It doesn’t matter if you know people in class or not but if you attend class enough you will make some good friends. The teachers & workouts are fantastic as well. This is my happy place!

Joining twist yoga lounge is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Every class is unique and challenging, but with time and regular practice we will notice positive changes in body and also improved focus and concentration skills. Twisted Yoga has been an awesome experience. Instructors are amazing, and if you are new to yoga they take note, and assist you briefly. I say briefly because they don't not hold up the class, but give you the attention needed to flow. The heated room is really enjoyable, and the place is extremely Zen like. Thus, it's extremely easy to get into a state of flow and be present in the moment allowing the yoga to resonate with the body, mind, and spirit. Highly recommend.
I LOVE this place. As a yoga beginner, I found the classes challenging but accessible. The instructors are all really great and good about helping you, and the class times are also very convenient for someone who works odd hours.
As a side note, if you're a newbie like me and have never done yoga before- you'll want to get there early to snag a spot at the back of the room so you can copy what everyone else is doing and learn that way.
