  Franc from Falcon Heating And Air Company was excellent at explaining what the job was going to include and was able to finish the job as agreed.Also had my furnace serviced, which was leaking oil and got it repaired on the same visit. Thank you for getting it done quickly!Highly recommended for great services.

  We had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Frank today. He came to our house for a service call. After he inspected our furnace he sat down with us, showed us pictures and explained in great detail our options. We could not have asked for a more professional and courteous person. We have to replace our furnace and could not be more pleased to do business with Falcon Heating And Air Company and of course Frank!

  I want to thank Franc for helping me with my air conditioner and fixing my filter holder. He really went out of his way to inspect my air conditioner and explain what he was doing and how everything worked. He was so kind and professional and took the time to put my paperwork in my computer. Top notch service which has been my whole experience with Falcon Heating And Air Company since they installed my air conditioner. I highly recommend them.

  I Enjoyed watching Frank work. He was very detailed in the way he does things, and always making sure that the work was done correctly. He never rushed through anything, and in the end I have a wonderful AC and Heater unit that is working perfectly. Thank you Frank and Falcon Heating And Air Company.

  I had Frank from Falcon Heating And Air Company come out for a quote when my furnace had broken down. He said installers would come out the next day. Ben was here on time and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and did the installation the right way. Excellent craftsmanship and fair pricing. Thanks guys!
