My staple dishes from here are fried rice (any kind), kow dishes (beef, chicken or shrimp), Happy Family, and the egg foo youngs. I enjoy the egg and spring rolls. The Dumplings not so much. I like a more crisper texture and several times I've ordered dumplings from here they were doughy and slightly undercooked. The soups are tasty too. Not too salty, like some places. They are willing to make changes to a dish for a small fee. Food is piping hot and ready when they say meal will be ready. I wish that they kept track of your orders so that when you want an item prepared the same way, you don't have to repeat everything all over again.”
