  Spoke to Vince about a vehicle I was interested in prior to arriving at the dealership. Vince was very kind and worked very hard, along with Nate, to get the best price possible. I'm very pleased with their customer service and definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new/pre-owned vehicle.

  Wife and I are on our way back to Michigan, had truck problem. Called D'Orazio Ford. Talked to Dave in service department, got me right in,diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had us on our way in a couple of hours. People there are fantastic, very helpful, and very kind. Just wanted to say thank you again, and thank you for the excellent service.

  Only came for an oil change but because of the service I received I will never be going to any other Ford dealership. The costumer service I received from everyone in the building was beyond exceptional. Friendly and fast, this dealship goes above and beyond.

  These guys work really hard at finding a solution that works best for you. They care about the people and listen to their situations and what their looking for and do their best to make everything work out for the best interest of the customer. I shopped around at several dealerships and not only got the best deal on my trade-in and current vehicle, but also really liked how kind and helpful their entire staff is. I'm over 6 months in with my used vehicle from these guys and have had 0 issues and am very happy with it.

  Walked in, told them exactly what I wanted, they pulled the truck up and we did the deal with no hassle, no gimmicks, got the best price I had seen and actually enjoyed the process. This is my first new car and I will get all of them from these guys! Great job, good people and they actually have the best deals around.
