“My vehicle broke down while on the way to visit family for the holiday break. I was very fortunate to have Jim tow my vehicle to McCoy's Tire & Auto to be fixed. Dave is also an incredible member of the team at this location. He called promptly the next business day to let me know what they had found and to provide details on the process that must be done to fix the issue. For me, my water pump had failed and after looking up the process on YouTube, I knew they had quite a big task ahead of them. They were kind enough to provide a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. Dave stayed on top of updates when they were available keeping me informed along the way. My vehicle is up and running and while no one wants to visit a repairshop for unexpected reasons, I couldn't have been more fortunate to use McCoy's services.”

Mechanics will show you as well and take the time to explain what needs to be done. This is one thing I appreciate a lot. Nice to learn and actually see the broken part or repair that needs attention.The cost to maintain a car is always costly but I feel that they do their best to be reasonable concerning price. I trust this service center and feel they do their best to make me feel welcome and positive about coming back as a return customer. I thought the job and the materials used were excellent quality. Vic's price for the work was fair; it would have cost me at least as much just for the materials if I would have done it myself. He also offers other hard-to-find services as well such as cutting rotors/drums for brakes.”
