“I’m claustrophobic so I was very nervous for my MRI brain scan. However the staff members and technicians at the New Lenox location were extremely kind and patient, so I honestly had a great experience. They care about patient comfort, and have the option to listen to music during the scan. They also have a wide bore machine for claustrophobic patients, and in the room there are colorful ceiling lights that have pictures of palm trees to help put you at ease. I definitely recommend!”

“I have had, and continue to have, wonderful experiences with VV. I helped move an uncle and aunt in their 90s to the Independent living a few years back. There was some adjustment at first but my uncle now calls his apartment ‘His castle’. When Aunt Marge declined in health they were moved to the assisted living building for a month until she passed, and while we were at her funeral, VV kindly moved Uncle Andy back to his apartment in The Grand so when we returned he settled right back in there. Those were some rough months when Aunt Marge was ill, but the staff there were so incredibly helpful through it all! I can’t say enough good things about that! I truly felt that ‘family feel’ there for my uncle and aunt. My uncle still thanks me for talking him into moving there☺️”

“If I had one complaint it would be this place is too darn busy, especially the drive thru, forget it. Other than that, what’s not to like about this place. The burger are fantastic never mind the hot dogs, best in the country! I used to love their garbage salad, would get one almost every day. When they stopped making them, I stopped going. I was disappointed to say the least. The cakes are great, so are the shakes. Salads are all good as well but I no longer eat them after they discontinued the garbage salad. I don’t eat beef sandwiches but I’ve heard these are great too. Fries are decent. This location is very clean as are the washrooms. Great staff, nothing but good things coming here.”
